"Working Girl"
"Working Girl" is a one-of-a-kind, late 1950's ensemble with the "Chanel" look. This very versatile suit is perfect for the executive secretary role that GeneŽ stars in. This suit is made using a turquoise nubby silk lined in Ocean blue (aqua) dupioni silk. The jacket is trimmed with a multicolored chenille flowers. Colors in the flowers are black, orange, purple, blue, olive, and gold. The blouse is made of dupioni silk and lined in self-fabric. The hat is pale aqua ultrasuede pillbox trimmed with the chenille flower trim. Pale aqua glistenette gloves, black Kingstate shoes, and orange iridescent beads and earrings complete this ensemble. The dress was constructed using Marsha Olson's PerfectPatterns #2004 pattern.
