"Santa Fe Cissy"

This is a one-of-a-kind casual suit for Madame Alexander's Modern Cissy. The suit has a Santa Fe flair and is made from an olive green southwestern border suede cloth. The jacket is lined with bronze dupioni silk. The sleeves, collar, and skirt show the border design. Pieces of the border were appliqued on the jacket back and used on the handbag. The jewelry consists of a necklace and earrings made by Heather Harstad. The jewelry uses bronze/gold/aqua Cloisonné beads. An off-white cotton bustier by Marsha Whitt provides a provocative look to this suit. The handbag is made of matching fabric utilizing the southwest designs on the front and sides. The Opera handbag pattern was used in the creation of this bag. The pattern was created by Marsha Olson of Perfect Patterns
