"Fiesta Fancy"

The princess halter dress is made from red silk crepe de chine with tiny black dots. The dress is lined in white silk habutai. The dress's faux front opening has tiny black, antique flat-back beads as "buttons". The buttons are also used on the lapels. The capelet is black lace, which has a scattering of beads throughout, and beads looped around the lower edges. Red and black Kingstate shoes, short white gloves, a petticoat with black and red tulle, and a red suedecloth handbag with black lace trim complete this ensemble. Perfect Patterns 2002 Convention Special CS-G3 D (#4) was used in the construction of the dress, and the "Opera" handbag pattern was used for the purse.
